Role & Responsibilities:
As the Lead Cinematographer you will be expected to lead with both creative vision and technical expertise.
- Lead end-to-end cinematography for wedding films—from pre-production, planning to final execution.
- Manage and direct on-ground film crews, ensuring smooth coordination
- Craft emotionally rich visuals through expert composition, camera movement, and storytelling.
- Stay on top of global wedding film trends, cutting-edge equipment, and evolving cinematic styles to constantly elevate the craft.
- Collaborate closely with clients, photographers, and editors to ensure a cohesive and impactful final product.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in wedding cinematography with proven on-ground leadership.
- A strong portfolio/showreel that highlights your ability to tell compelling stories through visual composition and motion.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams.

As the Lead Photographer, you will lead shoots with artistic vision, ensuring every frame feels as authentic as it is iconic.
- Lead and direct wedding photography, from intimate moments to grand celebrations.
- Conceptualize and execute storytelling-driven portraits and editorial-style imagery that reflect the couple’s personality and journey.
- Create an atmosphere of comfort and trust, allowing couples to be their most natural and expressive selves in front of the lens.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure visual consistency and artistic excellence across every deliverable.
- Stay inspired by global trends, techniques, and tools to elevate the visual experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in wedding photography.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a refined eye for detail, composition, and emotional storytelling.
- Exceptional communication skills
- A calming and confident presence that puts clients at ease and draws out genuine emotion.
- Familiarity with AI-based tools and post-production technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively, both within India and internationally.
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Trailer Editor, you will work hand-in-hand with the creative team to craft wedding trailers and promos that feel fresh, cinematic, and deeply personal.
- Edit wedding trailers and promotional films that are emotionally compelling, stylistically refined, and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Shape a clear narrative arc that encapsulates the essence of the couple’s story within a tight, engaging format.
- Collaborate closely with cinematographers and the creative director to ensure top notch end product.
- Stay updated on editing trends, music choices, pacing, and techniques to push creative boundaries with every project.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience editing wedding trailers, cinematic promos, or storytelling-driven short films.
- A portfolio that showcases emotional depth, storytelling finesse and elevated aesthetics.
- Excellent knowledge of music/background scores.
- Strong command over industry-standard editing tools like DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent communication skills
